Ingredients
Rice, moong dal, masoor dal, Dehydrated Spinach powder, onion flakes, salt, black pepper powder, sunflower oil, ginger powder, garlic powder, jeera, onion powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida .
Cooking Instructions
- Add 1 cup of ARUVASS Palak Khichdi Premix to a pressure cooker.
- Add 5 cups of water.
- Cook on medium heat for 4 whistles.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally.
- Stir well and serve hot.
For Extra flavour, top with teaspoon of ghee and serve with pickle or papad.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.Once opened, reseal the pouch tightly or transfer the contents to an airtight container and use a dry spoon .
